While acknowledging that online tests cannot fully replace in-person evaluations, the RIOT offers a compelling alternative for specific situations where in-person testing is not feasible. Furthermore, it can serve as a valuable screening tool, providing preliminary insights before professionals administer comprehensive in-person assessments like the WAIS.

Overall, this is the only team we know of with the necessary expertise to develop such a robust assessment. The team is dedicated to adhering to the highest standards of test construction and validation.
Significant Investment in Research and Development: We have committed substantial resources to hiring designers, developers (see team here), developing a robust item bank, conducting rigorous norming studies with a diverse and representative sample, and creating a user-friendly and secure online platform.
Sensitivity and Ethical Considerations: We are acutely aware of the sensitivity surrounding IQ testing. We are committed to transparency, responsible use of data, and staying neutral and scientific. We are also committed to educating users about the limitations and appropriate uses of online IQ tests.
